So what’s the science behind argireline?
The sequence of amino acids that make up argireline is actually based on one end of a protein called SNAP25, which has a central role in the formation of some wrinkles. “Hyperkinetic” facial lines (a specific kind of wrinkle) are caused by repetitive contraction of muscles in the face used to make expressions. The contraction of these muscles is dependent on the release of a signalling molecules from small packages in particular cells, and SNAP25 is involved in the docking of these packages onto the membrane of these cells in order to release the signals.

STEP 1: You’ll want to apply this cream to clean and dry skin. (To get the best results I prep my skin with my daily skin care regime of LUMINESCE™). Before you even ask if you can apply it after you have applied your makeup you’ll have to experiment with that yourself. I personally have great results applying it over my foundation too but my foundation has no oils in it. I find oil-based foundations don’t mix well with it.
STEP 2: Dispense a small drop of “Instantly Ageless” onto your finger and lightly pat a thin layer to your targeted areas. Remember just pat it, don’t rub it in. You want it to feel damp on your skin. You’ll know if you’ve used too much if you can see a film on your skin after it dries so next time use less. You can always take a cue tip dipped in water and dab it over the area with the film on it, sometimes that works to take it away. You’ll need to experiment a couple times to get the right amount. REMEMBER… less is more.
STEP 3: Important: Remain expressionless for 2–3 minutes while product dries to achieve dramatic results.
